Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer. • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.  • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; Present purchase offers to sellers. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers. • Be a team player, participating in team activities and supporting fellow teammates.  Qualifications: • Outstanding customer service skills are a must. • Possession and passion in obtaining Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively. • Must be dedicated to self improvement and personal development.  • Excel in prospecting, networking, lead-generation, demonstrating, negotiating and closing. Must be tech savvy in order to manage and update profiles, manage CRM's and communicate electronically.  • Admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records. Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity. • Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age and be willing to get licensed as a realtor under the state of WI. • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job. Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
