    WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

    Kei Concepts is looking for a full-time Accountant who will be responsible for general accounting duties, bank account reconciliations, and financial statement reporting and analysis.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update accounting records for multiple restaurant units
    • Reconcile multiple bank accounts with financial institutions in QuickBooks Online
    • Prepare daily, monthly, and year-end journal entries for review by supervisor
    • Track down, capture, and record missing invoices and receipts generated from on-going restaurant operations
    • Assist with vendor management and monitor accounts payable balances and process payments on weekly basis
    • Assist with usage, cost of goods sold, and inventory control
    • Maintain various schedules, including depreciation, amortization, and accruals
    • Assist in the compilation of monthly financial statements
    • Complete other accounting tasks as needed

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics with a strong understanding of US GAAP rules and/or tax principles
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial and/or tax accounting role encompassing accounting, financial, and/or data analysis
    • Experience preparing/reviewing income tax returns for multiple partnerships and C-corp entities a strong plus
    • Adept at learning new technology platforms; experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Restaurant365, as well as advanced knowledge of Excel on MacOS, very beneficial
    • Demonstrated experience in leading projects with adaptability and resilience to meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables on a consistent basis
    • Work well in a diverse and growing team with excellent interpersonal/communication skills and a positive, inquisitive, pro-active attitude
    • Experience within the restaurant and/or hospitality industry a plus
