    Job Description

    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- CONVENIENT STORE-TYPE PRODUCTS

    The Keilson-Dayton Company, a distributor to the convenient store industry, is seeking a customer service representative to join our team of hardworking individuals that are eager to learn and grow with our company at the Columbus, OH location. This position is full time, with optional overtime. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am – 4:30pm.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Answering multiline phones and directing calls

    Greeting customers when they pull up to front of building

    Invoicing orders for same day delivery

    General filing and organizing

    Maintain and monitor cleanliness in the office

    Positive attitude

    Take orders over the phone or write up faxed orders

    Inventory

    Fill orders in warehouse when there is free time

    Handle all will calls

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Customer Service experience

    Proficient in typing and 10-key data entry

    Computer literate

    Cash handling experience

    Phone etiquette

    Able to communicate effectively

    Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment
