Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred • Currently closing 2-3 transactions per month and want to do 15 • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Positive attitude and ability to learn • Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Previous experience with Desktop Underwriting, Encompass, Microsoft Office, MBS Highway, CRMS, preferred Compensation: $120,000 - $144,000
