Keith Smith Company, Inc. is Hot Springs, AR based company seeking a Poultry Regional Farm Manager to operate our location in New Boston, Texas as well as recruit, train and service farms located in East Texas within 30 miles of current farm. Supervise staff at company farm and educate on proper egg handling, feeding and ventilation techniques to achieve superior results. Work closely with contract growers to produce a high-quality hatching egg for our customers . Maintain strict Bio-Security program on all farms.

Required Education: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience

Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years
