Summary:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to join our team at our Hot Springs, AR location in an office first work mode Monday – Friday. As an accounts receivable professional at Keith Smith Company, you will interface across several departments and gain critical business acumen. You will be a part of a team that adds value to the company through analysis and transforming data into information used for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely recording of revenue and submitting invoices to customers daily

• Coordinating with the sales team for invoice documentation

• Recording customer payments and making payment applications in Sage Intacct daily

• Coordinating with accountants to process deposits to the bank

• Management reporting on a weekly basis

• Data entry and automated processes related to inventory tracking and management

• Coverage of front desk as needed

• Collaborate with accounting team for year-end audit as needed

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts at period-end

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experienced with Microsoft Excel

• Driven self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well with others in a team setting

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience using Sage Intacct or other similar ERP System

• Experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
