    Summary

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing workflows, processes, and technology across service, accounting, warehouse, and delivery departments at all locations to ensure maximum efficiency and top-tier customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with the President and General Manager to create and implement growth and profitability initiatives.

    Communicate and implement initiatives to the management team.

    Work with management to continuously improve efficiency and processes.

    Develop standard procedures to ensure high efficiency and customer service.

    Gather feedback from management and employees on workflows and processes.

    Monitor and recommend improvements for operational systems and practices.

    Review, update, and implement employee training programs.

    Collaborate with Accounting to create budgets, set goals, and review financial statements.

    Ensure vendor and customer accounts are current.

    Oversee month-end close for all departments.

    Maintain professional banking relationships.

    Enforce workplace policies and ensure legal compliance.

    Prepare and process required state and federal reports.

    Negotiate company insurance policies.

    Resolve escalated issues and make decisions under pressure.

    Maintain professional composure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

    Handle tasks with discretion and maintain accurate documentation.

    Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers, especially in difficult situations.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Supervise accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.

    Communicate expectations and evaluate job results to meet company quality goals.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.

    Adhere to and train staff on safety regulations.

    Skills and Abilities

    Strong leadership and motivational skills

    Effective communication, both verbal and written

    Problem-solving and critical thinking

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly

    Ability to work independently and under pressure

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, accounting software, inventory software, payroll software, and database software

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree required

    6-8 years of operations management experience, preferably in retail

    Compensation

    · Full-time

    · OTE 1st year $110,000+/yr

    · Bonus potential
