    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Prepare, implement, and evaluate KW Land’s annual goals with KW Land’s Director of Innovation and the Sr. Director of Operations – Communities

    Process new membership application and cancellations for KW Land

    Notify Team Leaders of new members

    Develop onboarding communications in workflow in conjunction with our Communications Specialist

    Own customer service inquiries through phone, e-mail, and applicable systems

    Prioritize/triage membership customer service-related escalations

    Virtual Assistant will support all basic customer service questions

    Manage all aspects of offboarding for the KW Land communities’ division

    Event planning

    Support the events team in planning Family Reunion, Mega Camp, Summits, and Retreats specific to their respective community

    In conjunction with our business development team, maintain relationships with our marketplace vendors while constantly identifying new products and services to onboard for KW Land in the marketplace

    Work with the KWU team in identifying onscreen talent and appropriate topics for communities Connect Livestreams

    Champion the “value proposition” for KW Land while identifying additional vendors, products, and services to increase our offerings to our agents and leadership in the field

    Work with KWU to plan and execute community-specific training through the training applet

    Develop annual training calendars in conjunction with leadership

    Translate all residential trainings and models to KW Land as applicable

    Manage special projects and tasks as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Business, Marketing, Communications, Management degree or relevant experience.

    Travel 25% of the time
