What you’ll do:

Support the KW MAPS Coaching department by reviewing and processing all client contracts and billing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle all client billing for MAPS Coaching programs.

Follow established processes to record all client contracts.

Process all contract changes, including updates, holds and cancellations.

Ensure compliance with contracts and that all deadlines and conditions are met.

Maintain CRM, ensuring data is accurate and updated.

Run reports as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1 or more years of administrative or finance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 or more years of experience processing contracts.

Strong attention to detail.
