Responsibilities: • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Prospect for, follow up with, and service customers. (minimum 2 hours per day) • Maintain effective conversion rates for leads into appointments • Convert appointments into customers • Participate in all Welch Team training and events. • Coordinates with the Transaction Agent to ensure a seamless closing process. • Effectively negotiate for all customers • Participate in at least two Open Houses per month. • Report to Manager at Quarterly Reviews • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics • Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments and manage leads within our contact management system • Use CRM to assign action plans, drip campaigns and detailed notes to customers • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services • Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Tech savvy • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Organized and manages time effectively • Communication: Effective communication is crucial for understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and building relationships with both clients and colleagues • Negotiation: Realtors need to skillfully negotiate on behalf of their clients to secure the best terms and prices for properties • Customer Service: Providing exceptional service and addressing client concerns contribute to building a solid reputation and generating repeat business • Market Knowledge: Understanding local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions helps realtors guide clients with informed decisions • Networking: Building and maintaining a strong professional network can lead to referrals and partnerships that benefit clients and your business • Problem-Solving: Real estate transactions often involve challenges; the ability to find creative solutions is a valuable skill for realtors • Attention to Detail: Precise attention to contracts, legal documents, and property details is essential to avoid errors and protect clients' interests • Time Management: Balancing multiple clients and tasks requires effective time management to ensure timely and thorough service • Tech Savviness: Proficiency with real estate software, online listings, social media, and digital communication tools is becoming increasingly important • Adaptability: The real estate market can change quickly, so being adaptable to new trends and strategies is essential for success • Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and empathizing with clients' emotions during the buying or selling process can enhance the client experience • Sales Skills: The ability to persuade and close deals is a fundamental aspect of a realtor's role • Financial Literacy: Understanding mortgage options, property financing, and investment analysis adds value to client interactions • Ethical Conduct: Operating with integrity and adhering to ethical standards is vital for building trust and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry Remember that these skills can be developed and refined over time with training, experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
