We are looking for a versatile professional who is looking to make an impact across companyEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

    You will be the primary Information Security resource to manage security for end users' use of company issued devices and office productivity software.

    Define security requirements, help evaluate and analyze new technology, endpoint protection, and applications to address security gaps and concerns

    Monitor and audit device management software and tools for security coverage, access, security risks and trends, incident identification, escalation, and remediation

    Monitor, triage, and provide remediation of security alerts for endpoint device management, office productivity software (O365, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.), and end user reported issues (e.g. Phishing emails, malware reports, etc.)

    Act as a participant in the analysis, planning and implementation of security measures and process improvements to protect computer systems, users, networks and data. Take initiative to create solutions.

    Analyze system and application logs and data, hunt for unidentified threats and investigate security alarms, identify anomalies and items that could be of security relevance or importance.

    Assist Information Security staff with self assessments

    Maintain updated knowledge on the latest information security technology trends and related threats

    Provide off-hours support as required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience or technical training in IT support and operations

    General understanding of modern client management and server operating systems: Windows, OSX

    General understanding of enterprise network fundamentals

    Expertise in writing run books, procedures, processes, policies

    Security+ Certifications or be able to achieve certification within 1 year '

    Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands

    Ability to triage issues in stressful situations

    Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

    Sense of ownership and pride in the quality of work

    Great collaboration and communication skills

    Desire to improve knowledge of information security related topics

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Cloud technology experience

    Familiarity with PCI requirements

    Linux OS experience

    Great to have: ISACA CSX Cybersecurity Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, GISF, or SSCP certifications
