    What you’ll do:

    As our Recruiting Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging tools and resources to find top talent for our growing organization.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Identify and recruit talent, specifically in the areas of product management, software engineering and systems engineering.

    Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions.

    Organize strategic outreach and recruiting events to help grow the KW Technology employment brand within the community.

    Conduct research on target companies and candidates, leveraging online resources (LinkedIn, Boolean search queries, etc.) to find passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates for future needs.

    Create a positive candidate experience through professional communication through the entire candidate life cycle, from initial outreach, interview scheduling, to offer and onboarding.

    Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance and integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    2 years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting.

    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

    Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other social tools.

    Experience using a Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking System (CareerPlug, Jobvite, Greenhouse).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience working in a software organization or agency focused on technical staffing.

    Excellent interviewing skills, both in person and over the phone.

    Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
