What you’ll do:
Provide world-class customer service for our luxury agents and leaders in the field around KW Luxury.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the luxury@kw.com member services email and main phone line
Triages and escalates member service requests accordingly internally
Provides chat and Q&A support on all Luxury Learning Series and Luxury Masterminds
Support MC’s and Regions with the adoption and implementation of the new luxury membership
Function as liaison between our sign vendors and our luxury members for any challenges/requests
Partner with the professional services department to create world-class turnkey services
Partner with the Luxury Operations Manager to recruit, curate, and onboard luxury specific vendors for the marketplace
Support the luxury segment influencer with field-specific requests
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
1 - 3 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
College degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or psychology
3 – 5 years of customer service experience
