    What you’ll do:

    The Partner Success Manager will be responsible for driving success of KW's partners who have opted to join the Keller Cloud Innovator Program (KCIP). Success will be primarily defined as enabling more partners to join KCIP and growing sales of KCIP partner products on the KW Marketplace

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Accountable for Revenue Growth Goals on the KW Marketplace

    Communicate daily with a portfolio of KCIP Partners and act as their primary contact point

    Assist KCIP Partners with Onboarding to KW Developer Portal and KW Marketplace

    Maintain day to day operations of the KW Marketplace as an Administrator

    Develop and implement KCIP Partner Retention Initiatives

    Maintain day to day operations of the KW Developer Portal as an Administrator

    Develop and Implement KCIP Partner Success Trainings | Create and maintain KCIP Partner FAQ material

    Run partner specific analysis and share best practices to increase partner sales on platform

    Introduce Advertising and Custom Integration Opportunities to KCIP Partners

    Determine KW API Priority and establish a working relationship with Product & Engineering

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

    2-3 Years of Inside Sales, Business Development, Consulting or other work requiring strong relationship management and analytical rigor.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Real Estate Industry Experience, Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
