Our Engineering Team converts agent and consumer challenges into intuitive, insight-enhanced technology and consumer experiences using tools such as ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.

    What you’ll do:

    Oversee teams of developers and QA engineers who deliver technical solutions as part of our microservice architecture. You will identify risks and clearly communicate with stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage and execute software development projects from start to finish.

    Guide, mentor and lead 2 to 4 development teams ensuring best practices and processes.

    Drive our defined Initiatives to move our teams toward Engineering Excellence.

    Design secure development coding systems and models using the latest industry standards and tools, including QA automation.

    Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, to provide engineering insight on solutions designs, product evaluations, 3rd party integration, and estimations of effort.

    Work in an agile environment and deliver a consistent burndown rate.

    Deliver highly available, scalable and permanent solutions.

    Collaborate with DevOps for release management, and process improvements such as automation of the CI/CD pipeline and integration of our application notification.

    Recruit, coach, and mentor engineering talent

    Provide production support to ensure applications work smoothly and are always available for end users.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

    6 or more years of experience in software development.

    2 or more years of experience managing software development teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    4 or more years of experience managing software development teams.

    Experience with development tools, such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Mysql, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

    Experience with Google Cloud Platform.

    Experience with microservice architecture.

    Experience with secure development coding systems and models.
