Responsibilities: Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Self motivated and self sufficient Skilled in industry practices and lease language Excellent communication and negotiating skills • THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN DEL MAR Compensation: $100,000
