    Listing/Transaction Manager Who are we looking for?  The Listing/Transaction Manager is an action-based individual who is passionate about superior customer service, achievement, and execution. The Transaction Coordinator will maintain an adequate listing volume, implement and expand listings systems and processes, ensure positive customer experience, build brand awareness, coordinate client events, and maintain/manage the listing pipeline. Responsibilities: These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:  • Entering listings into the MLS • Coordinating pre-listing activities such as staging and photography and lockbox installation • Submit and review necessary paperwork to sellers and Listing Agent • Complete weekly marketing reports and communicates the results with the sellers • Prepare social media posts and print marketing material for all new listings • Assist in developing and implementing the team's 36 touch plan • Coordinate and execute client appreciation events • Manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management, and back-office support • Provide the highest level of customer service to clients and vendors • Manage client database system (CRM) • Organize workflow and reduce inefficiencies • Schedule homebuyer seminars  • Schedule appraisals, inspections, and closings. • Build and maintain social media presence  • Create marketing materials • Increase brand awareness • Act as a true integrator and execute the vision  Qualifications: 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position Real estate experience preferred but not required KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS  • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Results-oriented and has the ability to take charge • Learning-based  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues • College Graduate • Ability to work independently  Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000
