    What you’ll do:

    Through ongoing and proactive communication and support, serve as a trusted partner and advocate for our Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW) regions driving exceptional region satisfaction by delivering Keller Williams systems, models and tools

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Address day-to-day questions, resolve escalation issues, communicate department initiatives, and support global regional offices.

    Create and manage processes, in partnership with the Director of Franchise Relations, to ensure success and growth in global regions from onboarding and adoption, to the launch and growth and achievement phases.

    Thoroughly understand each region's mission and regional operations to maximize the value of delivery of existing solutions, and effectively identify new opportunities to insert Keller Williams systems, models, tools and technology solutions to increase effectiveness and profitability.

    In partnership with global regional leadership, track in detail key performance indicators for each region.

    Manage launch plan for several software applications for each new Regional Franchisee, will need to manage multiple regions at one time.

    Work with Franchisee(s) and their team(s) to understand regional requirements and ensure appropriate configurations to software are implemented for deployment.

    Lead regularly scheduled meetings with the Franchisee aligning with the Franchisee's time zone.

    Be the team expert on data management software. Consult training manuals, systems documentation and conduct hands-on research to find business solutions for regional challenges.

    Be proactive by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations.

    In conjunction with KW Worldwide operations team and training team, maintain all process documentation related to the technical aspects of regional and office launches, ongoing operations and closure.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree 3 or more years of Account Management experience.

    Flexibility to work non-standard hours to accommodate international time zones.

    Significant level of mastery of Microsoft Excel, Office, Google Suite and Data Management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    5 or more years of Account Management experience.

    Certification in software support or project management.

    Experience with real estate franchise system (special consideration if prior experience in the KW system). International experience.

    Multilingual.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Ability to lift 30-50 pound boxes

    Ability to stand for long periods of time

    Ability to work on your feet (with significant walking) for 10-12 hours per day (2 or 3 times per year during various events)

    Ability to speak via phone, video conference and in person for long stretches of time, many times during each work day
