    What you’ll do:

    You will be accountable for defining and analyzing campaign, website and CRM data to provide insights to improve Digital Marketing and web performance across all Keller Williams digital channels. You will tell the story of the KW digital footprint.

    These insights will be used for decision making and strategic marketing planning. You will thrive on identifying gaps, opportunities, measuring results and providing actionable recommendations to increase KPIs across all digital mediums

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Plan and implement overall marketing analytics strategy

    Drive the measurement strategy for all digital marketing activities

    Work cross-functionally to generate actionable channel performance reporting for targeted digital interactions.

    Use multiple data sources to create graphs, reports and dashboards with recommended actions and potential impact across all channels and campaigns.

    Define and analyze most important company KPI metrics, such as bounce rate, click-through rates, page views, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, cost per click, etc.

    Manage, organize, and present weekly and monthly KPI reporting/dashboards for digital channels.

    Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database CRM (Hubspot)

    Improve user experience through ongoing analysis, experimentation, or optimization tests, using A/B or multivariate methods

    Coordinate with developers to optimize Web site architecture, server configuration, or page construction for search engine consumption and optimal visibility.

    Work closely with web development and digital strategy teams to describe technical tracking requirements and identify opportunities to streamline tracking and reporting

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum 2-3 years of experience with marketing operations / data analysis

    BA/BS or equivalent working experience

    Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

    Proficient in marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot) and integrating those systems with CRM systems and other technologies

    Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
