    We're hiring an organized Administrative Assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Responsibilities: Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Complete all onboarding paperwork with new associates • Maintain onboarding packages • Walk each new associate through the KWPE recruiting PowerPoint to begin to familiarize them with the culture and resources of the company • Start/end and manage Zoom Meetings and Classes • Target market all courses & events in the market center internally and externally • Participate actively as a staff member of the Culture Committee, Growth committees as well as other committees • Support Culture Committee in planning fun agent events Qualifications: Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Technically savvy, comfortable using multiple software applications (i.e., proficiency in Word, Excel, Zoom) • Experience in Social Media a plus (Instagram and Facebook) Compensation: $28,000 - $38,000 yearly
