    The Agent Services Coordinator understands that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the Market Center. The Agent Services Coordinator must have a strong understanding that our agents are our customers. The right candidate will be friendly with a strong desire to serve others. They also must show initiative and willing to take charge with little supervision. The ASC also plays a supporting role in the office and will achieve success by assisting and empowering other people. Much of the assistance the ASC offers is technological support with the specific KW programs that the agents are using, so a generally high-level understanding of technology is required. The Agent Services Coordinator will in effect, be assisting the MCA/TL in the management of the office by providing support and feedback to the MCA and Team Leader on all matters affecting the productivity and operation of the Market Center.  Responsibilities: • Guide agents through the first 100 days in the market center, providing them with basic skills needed on a daily basis. • Meeting one on one with agents to provide them with the necessary tools to start building their business. • Assisting new agents through the onboarding process and helping agents get into production quickly. • Guiding agents to the appropriate training classes based on experience. • Organizing, Coordinating, and Marketing of ALL KW Events and training. • Assisting Call Coordinator with answering telephones and directing callers appropriately. • Train weekly on the KW Agent Technological Systems. • Assisting with Social Media Updates, telling “our story”.  Qualifications: • Tech Savvy – experienced in Google Suite and a willingness to learn new systems to then train the agents on how to use them. (KW Systems, Apps, Canva, etc.) • Detail-oriented • Positive attitude • Great verbal and communication skills • Neat, clean, professional appearance • Phone skills and experience • People skills and experience • Computer skills Compensation: $30,000 plus bonus opportunities
