We are in search of a Marketing Manager/Tech Coordinator to take our marketing and technology experience to the next level. The ideal candidate has marketing experience with the ability to create and implement marketing strategies. They must have a strong understanding that our agents are our customers. The right candidate will be friendly with a strong desire to serve others. They also must show initiative and a willingness to take charge with little supervision. Looking for someone that wants to grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities: • Assist new agents through the onboarding process and provide them with the necessary tools to start building their business and get into production quickly • Organize, coordinate, and market events and trainings • Hold training for KW tech systems and assist agents in creating marketing material through the KW system • Coordinate the creation of digital content (multiple types of media) • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media, telling “our story” • Ensure brand consistency and cohesiveness • Propose and implement direct marketing initiatives Qualifications: Required Skills: • Attention to detail • Positive attitude • Tech-savvy • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Hangouts, Drive) • Proficient with Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) • Great verbal and communication skills Desired Skills: • YouTube channel management • Video editing • Graphic designCompensation: To be determined based on experience. Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday
