The job will focus on the retail leasing and sales, investment properties, and development opportunities side of the commercial real estate business. This position is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. Responsibilities: • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients • Commercial Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Self motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan
