Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Real estate team and individual lead generation and sales • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Sales experience • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Real Estate license required Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
