Responsibilities: • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options, and analytical data • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market prices to clients • Commercial Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan
