Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Set and execute appointments • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • CRM and database • Sales talk mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commission
