Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Set and execute appointments • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • CRM and database • Sales talk mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 at plan commission
