Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Lead generation • Team and individual sales • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments • Execute consultations • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
