Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Set and execute appointments • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • CRM and database • Sales talk mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commission
