Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Coaching appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts • Actively sells • Ability to teach sales script mastery Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate sales experience • 10+ completed transactions • Team player • Coachable and trainable • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
