Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Database and CRM mastery • Sales scripts mastery • Good communication Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Real estate license • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Team player • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
