Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Lead follow up • Listing lead generation • Close listing appointments • Close listing sales • Generate buyer leads off of listings • Sales scripts mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000+ at plan
