Their duties encompass various aspects such as upkeeping the appearance of communal spaces, ensuring the office is efficiently organized for business operations, and nurturing positive relationships with associates. As the Front Office Manager, they warmly welcome visitors and provide assistance, all while managing incoming phone calls. Furthermore, they play a crucial role in offering essential support and feedback aimed at improving the Market Center's productivity and overall functioning, supporting both growth and operations teams. Responsibilities: Standards for a top-performing individual encompass: • Answering phone calls warmly and appropriately • Welcoming everyone with a cheerful demeanor • Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day responsibilities • Contributing to spreading the Market Center's value narrative Essential duties and responsibilities entail: • Effectively directing incoming calls to the appropriate recipients • Receiving, organizing, and managing mail and deliveries • Sustaining a tidy and welcoming office • Assisting with office communications and social media postings as needed • Assisting the Education committee in organizing and developing a top-tier Training Calendar • Ability to coordinate and execute various Keller Williams culture events. Qualifications: Knowledge/Skills: • Two years of office experience is required • Proven experience in event planning and coordination • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Positive attitude • Outstanding verbal and communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Phone skills and experience • Skilled in office software applications and Social Media Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
