    WHO ARE WE?

Frequently recognized as the nation's most innovative and agent-friendly brokerage, Keller Williams is a gathering place for the industry's best real estate agents. With industry-leading real estate training, generous commission splits, and an experienced leadership and support staff, KW Advisors East Bay is a hot spot for agents looking to rapidly build and grow their real estate careers.

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Agent Services Coordinator/Assistant Market Center Admin is every new associate's key point of contact. You immediately take ownership of the relationship with all new associates upon their commitment to join our Keller Williams family. You are positive, articulate, and proactive in your communication with a general can-do attitude. You are always learning. When presented with a challenge, your go-to is to problem-solve, innovate and assist in implementing a solution. You thrive in a collaborative environment while also being able to take direction and be held accountable for results and expectations.

You should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The ASC/AMCA must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent's needs in a timely manner and be highly responsive.

You will have job-specific skills that minimally include experience in accurate banking and/or accounting services, computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills. You must be task-oriented, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure with some project management experience, general office skills, and purchasing knowledge.

We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of their role and wants to grow professionally and individually. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, in-office only and has a business casual dress code. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • You're the person that everyone in the office knows and loves. You're the smiling face our agents see when they come in, and the first impression future agents and clients get at the front desk
    • Work efficiently, juggle multiple projects with appropriate prioritization, adhere to quick deadlines, and adapt to evolving circumstances
    • Be a self-motivated leader who is looking to grow both personally and professionally with a fast-paced company and team
    • Onboard brand new agents and agents coming from other brokerages into the company. You are their guide in their new career!
    • Support our Team Leader in recruiting efforts, including setting appointments and planning and hosting events
    • You will “own” your job rather than have someone tell you what to do each day
    • Data input
    •  Assist the MCA with bookkeeping (A/R and A/P)
    •  Purchasing (supplies and equipment)

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

    • Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
    • Skilled communicator (both written and verbal)
    • Problem solver, not a problem bringer
    • Must catch on to new technology quickly and then teach it to others
    • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Excel, and confidence in learning new programs
    • Works well under pressure
    • 1-3 years of administrative and customer service experience
    • Someone with high standards and attention to detail
    • Confidence to take initiative and make decisions proactively
