You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Show a track record of real estate success • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan
