Responsibilities: • Must love being on the phone • Make outbound calls and generate appointments • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline • Receive and convert inbound calls • Highly personable • Relationship builder • Work Independently • Converting calls and handling objections • Driven personality • Super high sense of urgency • Real Estate license preferred • Moldable to accept new systems and techniques • Strong follow up skills • Excellent communication skills • Tech savvy • Takes 100% ownership of performance Qualifications: • Passionate about selling • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies) • Ability to set and follow-up on appointments over the phone • Enthusiastic and takes initiative • Able to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Service and multiple internet platforms utilized • Cold calling experience preferred • Phone sales background preferred • Real Estate license required Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 per year DOE (base + incentives)
