Responsibilities: Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Team and individual lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
