Responsibilities: Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Qualifications: Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
