Responsibilities: Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred Must possess a real estate license One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000
