Responsibilities: Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Lead generation • Database campaigns • Close sales • Lead follow up • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments Qualifications: Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Currently licensed in real estate Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Real Estate license required Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
