Responsibilities: Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Team and individual lead generation • Lead follow up • Closing sales Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Real estate license required Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan
