Responsibilities: • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties • Validate all personal references and rental application information • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Lead follow up • Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close commercial sales as well Qualifications: • Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written • Familiar with leasing regulations • Proven track of successful sales record • Valid real estate license is required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
