Responsibilities: Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service Qualifications: Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales Real-estate license or pursuing required Experience with the local real estate market and general trends At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must have a Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ yearly
