Responsibilities: • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Sales talk mastery • Close sales • Lead generation • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
