Responsibilities: • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Lead follow up • Team and individual lead generation • Close listing appointments • Close listing sales • Set listing appointments • Listing sales scripts Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Has a real estate license • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $70,000 - $135,000 at plan Commissions
