Responsibilities: • Learn real estate materials • Learn from real estate agents • When applicable, shadow agents in the office • Attend all classes • Set up your database and plan of action • Start networking your real estate database • Learn drip campaigns and CRM • Learn scripts and sales talk • Execute a business plan • Pass the school exams • Pass the state exam • Learn the plan of action for new agents • Commission opportunity Qualifications: • 18 years or older • Sales experience • Ability to drive to the office for classes when applicable • Commission opportunity • Must pass school and state exams in order to earn commissions Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 commissions
