Responsibilities: • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $67,000+ at plan commission
