    We are looking for a sales professional, preferably with a real estate license (if not, we can help you get licensed) to meet with sellers, buyers and those considering selling or buying their home. As a sales associate you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home and prospecting clients to purchase a home. Learning our listing presentation, buying presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales Contact potential sellers to schedule and conduct listing presentations to showcase agency’s unprecedented customer service Constantly network to source new clients and grow the business Quickly respond to all lead listings and requests with the goal of converting into listing appointments • Works closely with buyers to find, show and close on homes • Works closely with sellers to sell their home Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Ability to communicate effectively - orally and written Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $80,000+
