Responsibilities: Promote all agency open houses, team events and new listings Contributes innovative Facebook ads Develop and market special events for the agency Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics Plan for and organize closing events and gifts Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns Executes new community launch including signage and events Keep company messages concise and consistent Qualifications: Some understanding of the sales process for residential Real Estate Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Enjoys the challenges of new products, new environments and working with a new team Open to new ideas and encourages co-workers input Experience with Adobe Suite (intermediate) Experience in social media management and content writing Compensation: $10-12.50 hourly
