Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 + Robust Bonus Package Responsibilities: • Source, review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for real estate roles • Draft job descriptions for real estate roles and post them on career pages, job boards and social media sites • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams • Create and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive • Follow-up with candidates during and after the interview process to ensure the recruiting process is seamless and efficient • Coach and consult the top 20% of producing agents to hit their goals • Plan and implement training programs • Hold regular skills training sessions for agents • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business Qualifications: • Recruiting experience required • In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Effective recruiting experience and methods • US work authorization • Team building skills Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
